Frequently asked questions
Do I need to be 55 or older?
Park Manor is a 55+ community operated under the federal Housing for Older Persons Act (HOPA). Most apartments have at least one resident age 55 or older, and a limited number may be available to residents under 55. Please call the office at 719-365-0591 to ask about current eligibility.
What's available right now?
Our apartments don’t stay open long. Call the office weekdays, 10 AM – 2 PM, for current availability and pricing on one- and two-bedroom apartments.
Are pets allowed?
No. Park Manor is a pet-free community. (Assistance animals are not considered pets under fair housing law.)
Is smoking allowed?
No. Park Manor is a smoke-free community.
Is parking included?
Yes. Parking is included with every apartment. Covered spaces are also available for select apartments.
