Our Story
Five decades of caring for home
Park Manor has been owned and cared for by our family for more than 50 years.
In that time, Colorado Springs has grown and changed — but our approach hasn’t. We take care of these buildings like they’re our own, because they are, and we treat the people who live here like neighbors.
In 2018, we completed Building 17, bringing newer construction to the same peaceful lawn and park setting our residents have always loved. More recently, we remodeled every apartment in Building 16. Today, Park Manor’s two buildings stand side by side beside Monument Valley Park: a quiet, well-kept 55+ community for people who value comfort, convenience and a place they can stay for years.
